WEDDING!!!

Last week my sister Brenda, and Tim Albertson were married in Red Feather Lake, Co. at Chapel in the Pines. It was a very nice, beautiful wedding. Here are a few various pictures I selected for the blog. Sorry about the randomness of them. You can see they are not in order. You can see more pics at http://www.johnstownalbertsons.blogspot.com/. Brenda and Tim are making their new home in Joplin, Mo.

Fourth of July

I had a wonderful 4th of July at Old World Wisconsin, which is an Eighteenth Century settlement. It shows the life of immigrants in the eighteenth century through different activities and buildings. On the fourth they had a special celebration and activities, such as a parade, an egg toss, pie eating contest, and greased pole climbing contest. It was a really fun day. Also the tenor of the celebrations were very refreshing in nature, and so different from many modern 4th of July activities today. Here are several pictures from my day.

This was too funny! Making fun of Darwin's theory of evolution.
